Flux House is a sprawling three bedroom, three and a half bath luxury home. 

 It has water features throughout, and is divided into two separate living structures connected by a central court.  The Living structure houses all your entertainment space for celebs or friends plus a pool court with a fireplace lounge, a hot tub space, half bath, and outdoor living space.  The Sleeping structure has three full master suites, each with their own bathrooms and private outdoor spaces, plus a laundry room and a sunlit-bathed stair atrium with water feature.  

The house is very secure from wandering neighbors and burglars, as it is only accessible from the front doors.  It also has a double carport with a direct path to the entry.

The Furnished version can only be placed at:

12 Bogaard Lane in Bridgeport.

The Unfurnished version can be placed wherever. 

It sits on a 40X30 lot.
